Who is responsible
Evgenii Shchelkotunov (ՇՉԵԼԿՈՏՈՒՆՈՎ ԵՎԳԵՆԻ ՍՏԱՆԻՍԼԱՎԻ), individual entrepreneur registered in Armenia. Registration number: 286.1611055. Tax number: 20406557. Data used
To deliver and protect the website, Vercel processes technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, request time and browser details. When you contact me, I receive the name, contact details, message and attachments you choose to share. Please avoid sending passwords, identity documents or sensitive information unless they are necessary for the project.
Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiry data is used to reply, discuss a project, prepare a proposal and, where relevant, perform a contract. I use information you voluntarily provide for this purpose on the grounds available under applicable law. Technical processing supports website delivery and security. Where GDPR applies, the grounds are pre-contract steps you request and contract performance (Article 6(1)(b)), legitimate interests in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations for mandatory records (Article 6(1)(c)). Consent is used where required and may be withdrawn. There is no automated decision-making, profiling or marketing mailing list.
Forms, cookies and external links
These two pages have no data-submitting contact form; the form shown in the animation is an illustration. I do not add advertising pixels, Google Analytics, analytics or tracking cookies, or store your language preference in browser storage. Language is determined by the page URL. Fonts and images are served from the website. Google Search Console verification does not add visitor tracking. Opening WhatsApp, Telegram, your mail app or a linked project takes you to a separate service with its own policies.
Recipients and international processing
Vercel hosts the website. Email is received by Spacemail (Spaceship) and automatically forwarded to Gmail, with a copy retained in Spacemail, so both mail services process the message. Your chosen messenger processes messages sent through it. Data is not sold. Access is limited to services and people needed to respond, deliver the project and meet legal obligations. Provider infrastructure may be outside Armenia or your country. International transfers must comply with applicable law and its required safeguards. Provider notices: Vercel, Spaceship, Google.
Retention and security
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive contact, then deleted unless another lawful reason requires retention. Project and business records are kept as necessary for the contract, statutory record-keeping and legal claims. Hosting logs follow the provider’s configured retention. HTTPS, restricted access and updates are used. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Contact hello@uxuievgeniy.com to ask about processing, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing or withdraw consent. Portability applies where provided by law. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some records may need to be retained by law. A proportionate identity check may be necessary to protect your data. Requests are answered within applicable legal time limits. You may complain to Armenia’s personal data protection authority and, where GDPR applies, the competent supervisory authority in your country.
